It took almost a month but these things should be worth it!

What are they for, aside from being very green obviously?

Suspension arms for a Polaris side-by-side.

Frog Arms mount under your front fenders and shore up the front of your Miata. This helps keep the front end from twisting under impacts and cornering loads, leading to more precise handling and a reduction in cowl shake. They’re fabricated from steel and powdercoated a wicked green color. Once installed, they’re invisible so only you know they’re there! Fits all NA and NB Miatas.
A good addition to anyone chasing after maximum chassis stiffness. We install them on all of our NA and NB turn-key V8 cars.

That’s a nice looking cucumber.

They go under the fenders and should stiffen the front of my Miata.

Hooray Miata! Are you adding rigidity to the rear to help compensate?

Do you know exactly how much stiffness is gained? It seems to me that any gains in structural rigidity would be minimal.

Well,... who knew?

It’s purportedly a lot, but they would say that, wouldn’t they? Looking at it, there is one very clear way I can see it helping, though. The strut towers of an NA or NB are not braced to the firewall in such a way that “leaning” toward or away from the engine a bit under load is impossible, which means under body twist and suspension load, the whole inner fender could twist quite a bit, changing camber and loading. To do that, however, it would need to go through relative elongation and going out of plane away from the point at the lower door hinge. Which this would prevent. No big impact on fore/aft beam strength, probably, but stabilizing the strut tower and keeping the inner fender square? Absolutely.

Do you have frame rails? I am wanting to make a set of these and would like to hear some feedback. I have a 1996 which has a lot of factory bracing and I put FM rails on.

These look like they would be a pain to install, because of the potential to mess up panel gaps.

That is the angriest looking miata part I have seen in a while...

How’s your experience been with these? None of the racers/autocrossers use them and, being hesitant to add weight, I’m curious.

Wouldnt that be useful to include in the original posting?
I know a lot about cars, but i had NO FUCKING IDEA what those were. At all.
Can you describe anything more about them?

I haven’t installed them yet. I got lazy and put it aside till it was too late. I’ll do it when my fingers aren’t freezing off lol

I hear you. I left my frame rail reinforcements in a corner for two years! Good luck with it.
